Our kombucha fermentation builds layers of crisp complexity combined with floral notes of hops & elderflower with a top note of rhubarb for a delicately dry and floral fizz.

Deliciously tart non-alcoholic drinks for aperitifs, pairing with food, Christmas and celebrations, gifts, on-the-go and as a cocktail mixer.
