The fizz is exactly right for a celebratory drink, and it genuinely feels like a proper grown-up sparkling wine without the headache the next morning. The floral finish is subtle, not soapy, and that Silver award makes total sense — I'd serve this at a summer wedding without a second thought.
It poured out a lovely pale gold with a soft, floral nose, like standing in a summer garden mid-July. The finish is surprisingly dry and crisp, closer to a proper sparkling wine than any kombucha I've tried, which earned that silver award in my book.
The fizz is gentle rather than aggressive, which makes it feel closer to a fine sparkling wine than a typical kombucha. I served it chilled with dinner and the rose notes came through beautifully—definitely earned that silver award.
